Toronto Pride is a two-time winner of "Best Festival in Canada" and one of the "Top 50 Festivals" in Ontario, as well as one of Toronto’s eight city-designated signature events.

One of the world’s largest Pride celebrations with an estimated attendance of 1.2 million people, Toronto Pride’s ten-day Pride Week includes a three-day street festival, with nearly 300 entertainers performing on seven stages, as well as the Parade.

Prism Festival’s Bootcamp featured DJs Hector Fonseca and Tony Moran and a performance by Erika Jayne as the military-themed event kicked off the final Friday night of Toronto Pride, one of the world’s largest Pride celebrations.

Pride Toronto, now in its 32nd year, is the largest event of its kind in North America. With humble origins as Gay Day picnics, it continues to expand as plans are underway for World Pride in Toronto in 2014.
