And though the chapters may be categorized into the section headings, there is a great deal of crossover within each section (e.g., a weight program that also suggests nutritional tips as you progress through the program).
So whether you want to increase the number of reps you can do on the bench or lower the number on the bathroom scale, "101 Fat-Burning Workouts & Diet Strategies for Women" has got your number... more or less.
