Okay, I’ve got to admit that I haven’t had enough time to see if following this book’s advice can lead to longterm results, but so far it seems promising. Rather than another diet, The Body Fat Solution offers well researched methods that combine healthy eating habits with the right amount of excercise. Is that a new idea? Of course not. But take the right message and convey it the right way, and that makes all the difference between a fad diet and a longterm means of healthy living and weight management.
I was a bit wary when I read that author Tom Venuto’s claim to fame I largely due to an E-Book called Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. But I was worried for no reason.
If you’re looking for quick results in a short amount of time, keep on looking. Venuto’s method is laid out clearly and carefully to show that there’s not one quick solution to weight management, nor is there just one key to maintaining a healthy living on a longterm basis. It’s about a combination of things, Venuto says. One possible drawback to his philosophy is that there are so many factors that approaching his advice may seem to daunting.
Venuto’s approach isn’t revolutionary - far from it.
But the way he communicates his message condenses a lot of different approaches and information into one digestible and easy-to-follow book. Venuto biols it down to five principles to burn fat, build lean muscle, end emotional eating and maintain your perfect weight.
